i am going to rent this for next year.

This place was very clean. Very quiet most of the time. Neighbors also very friendly. My wife, who is very picky, (except for husbands maybe), walked in this house and said, "I am going to rent this for next year". That is the highest praise she could give to a place to stay. I could add a lot of things describe how much we liked it, but, she said it all.

i would stay in this rental again, i absolutely loved it.

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. On every vacation we do a walk through to find broke things to report to the manager. THERE WAS NOTHING BROKEN. The house was super clean, and very close to the beach.

Check-in/out was very easy. Very clean, comfy, and right across from the beach. Camille’s made it super convenient for coffee and breakfast first thing in the morning.

our stay could not have been better.

Everything was clean as expected and we had a great view of the gulf. We even received a text message the day of arrival that allowed us to check in a couple hours early and that was great. The location is great and the condo at all of the supplies that we needed.

The condo was very nice. Very helpful people at Newman Dailey. Special shoutout to Kerby for going out of her way for getting us checked in. Brandy was also wonderful in taking care of our reservation for next year.

we'll be back!

The view was amazing! Loved the size of the condo. It was larger than others we have stayed at, at a similar price. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Large pantry for our groceries, and a laundry room with nice washer & dryer.The bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom for the girls was a perfect fit. The beach chairs and umbrella set up for us every day was great!

i always call newman daily first, enjoy jade east, they never disappoint.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Jade East 1450. Always enjoy working with Newman Daily for our vacation needs, they are very helpful. Condo was clean, well appointed, beds and furniture comfortable, view outstanding, nice pool area, and beach service excellent.

5 stars and great owners !

We stayed in unit 410D. Please let the owners know we absolutely loved it. We have stayed at many different units there and this one has been by far the best. We will definitely stay there again if they will have us. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here and it was awesome! We have stayed at this facility many times. Our favorite place to stay on the gulf.

this property is a+!

All the bells and whistles you’d expect from a penthouse unit! Amazing, comfortable couches, recliners, great bedding and pillows, plenty of towels, etc. Great kitchen amenities for you to enjoy. High end soft closing drawers and the works. Unbelievable b views from the entire unit! So much space, very clean, very well maintained. We loved it!

it was perfect and we hope to go again.

The space was amazing!! Clean, roomy and quiet. Right on the beach with a private back porch and a nice reserved beach chair and umbrella down at the beach! A pool in front and plenty to do around the area. Lots of space for our family to stay with areas to set our bags and even extra accommodations with a pull out couch and extra sheets for when my boys needed separate space.
