we stayed at this same property the last couple of years and really like it.

When looking thru the condo rental this year we noticed all the finishings had been updated. Really nice. We also were impressed with the on site security. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we're at the beach. We have been booking thru Newman-Dailey Properties for many years and it is always a pleasant experience. The folks at Newman-Dailey We stay at Jade East Towers thru Newman-Dailey Resort Properties and we enjoy working with the folks at Newman-Dailey. They are always helpful and courteous and so easy to work with. We love the location as it is centrally located to all the restaurants we love to eat at and shopping locations. Thank you for a wonderful time and we'll see you next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 830, condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. View from the balcony simply can not be beat. The Emerald Coast beaches are gorgeous!

it was such a peaceful stay. we did not want to leave.

This was a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The unit is as described, and the views are amazing. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and other activities. It came with access to two chairs and one umbrella for our beach time, but we also spent time by the pool and in the hot tub. We enjoyed having games available to play and so many things in place to make our stay great. The property manager was helpful and communicated well. Check in and check out were easy.

first time in destin

We loved the size of the room. It was beautifully decorated. The distance to the beach was a huge plus. We loved Camille's Cafe and the convenience of that.

i would recommend this place to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay! The gated entrance was so convenient! We received all our codes in a timely manner and felt very safe there. Everything was clean, organized and as advertised. The beach was wonderful! We really like that our beach chairs and umbrella were set up with our name on them for easy access all day long! This location is near lots of restaurants and entertainment. The pool was clean, well maintained and we enjoyed that as well! The carts for loading and unloading were an added bonus that we weren’t aware of. The elevator was also in good working order. We were very thankful we didn’t have to tote luggage up 3 flights of stairs! The beds/pillows were very comfortable, clean and crisp. The living room and kitchen were beautiful and we loved all the TV’s in each room for bedtime relaxation after fun days!

184 looked great and the property is beautiful and well maintained.

Really love staying at the Dunes. We chose the Dunes over the Hilton this time. The beach is absolutely amazing. Along with the great restaurants and activities galore Be seeing you next year.

It was a pleasure staying in Miramar Beach ??? this past week. My family and I are always sad to leave. I can always count on the property to be clean and hazard free. Of course we will return again for more sand and sun ??

the property was beautiful with updated surfaces, flooring, appliances and furniture.

The furniture and beds were very comfortable as was the balcony furniture. Newman-Dailey’s communication was excellent. They were very responsive when we had a slight problem at departure. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

highly recommend!

We've been to Destin 6 times and stayed in different places each time, but this place was hands down the best! We'll definitely try to book it again next year if available. The location is fantastic - just a 3-minute walk to the public beach and a 7-minute walk to a coffee shop. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, which was especially important since we were traveling with our 3-year-old. We were really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was.
