We had an amazing stay with excellent views of the Gulf of America! The room was exactly as described—spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. Overall, it was a truly relaxing experience.

the property is beautiful!

This property is well kept and beautiful! So conveniently located within a very brief walk to the private beach access. Pool and jacuzzi elevated the experience. We also enjoyed having the area outside where we could grill and watch tv and enjoy our grilled lunch or dinner without having to dry off to go inside. We also spent some time in the game room which was nice. 10/10

we would definitely rent it again.

The property at Jade East Towers was so nice, clean & location was great. The pool was beautiful ! Pool furniture was nice & new. We very much appreciated the beach setup each day. Those guys couldn’t be more mannerly. Our unit #830 was nice and clean. The large bathroom & walk-in shower was wonderful. Loved the walk-in closet. We felt very comfortable & relaxed in this unit.

Here’s a polished, enthusiastic version of that: This was our first time booking through Newman-Dailey, and we’ll definitely use them again. We stayed at Jade East, and the property was exactly as described on the website. Everything went smoothly—we didn’t even need to contact the company during our trip—but their presence on the property was noticeable and reassuring. Overall, a great experience, and we would absolutely book with Newman-Dailey again.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Communication prior and during our stay was top notch. Access codes, entry, and parking were easy. The location was central to many restaurants/activities. Overall the condo was updated/modern and matched the pictures. It also had a nice layout for a family with plenty of room, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked on appliances/utensils etc, towels/laundry were plentiful. Being on the 4th floor made it easy to get up/down to the main floor/beach. View from balcony was great. Inclusion of the 2 chairs/Umbrella service on the beach was a big plus, as that is an added expense. Pretty central location for exploring, with many activities/restaurants close by (some walking), as well as a few walking options on the beach. Pool/hot tub were nice but could get crowded. Nice gas grills provided.

this property has a panoramic view of the ocean.

Access to the beach was an elevator ride down to ground level and then a short walk through secure gate to the ramp that led directly to waterfront.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It is nice that an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach are included for everyday at no charge.

beautiful stay!

Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity! Although we have other commitments scheduled, we truly love this charming location nestled by the Gulf waterfront. We've enjoyed many peaceful walks along the sandy beach, a full day on the boat exploring the nearby bay with small hidden islands, and now we're about to relax on the balcony. We definitely look forward to returning soon to experience more of what this beautiful place has to offer! Thank you again for your gracious hospitality!

we couldn't have had a better time!

Let me start out by saying this property's location is MAGNIFICENT. It has 2 AMAZING views of the beach and a lake. The condo is utterly spacious yet feels very cozy. Everything you could imagine wanting to do is in walking distance...shopping, ice cream, restaurants. Beach entrance is right across the street, and we were able to get to a spot right away. The pool was clean and taken care of with a view of the lake and wildlife. We were not disturbed by any noise from the street while sleeping in the very comfy beds. The condo was clean and the sheets and towels were a very pristine white. Access to the condo is right by the elevator, and parking is close to all entrances. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you, Newman-Dailey for suggesting this condo. We couldn't have had a better time!

i would definitely stay at hidden dunes again!

We had a great stay at the hidden dunes property. The cottage was in great condition (especially for a beach property!) and in great condition. Very easy walk to the beach and there were a lot of things to do closeby. I did have one small issue locating an amazon delivery and the person I spoke to was very nice, helped me out quickly, and made sure to follow-up with me.

amazing property with very easy access to the beach

The condo was well stocked with everything needed. It was clean and quiet and very welcoming. It was easy to walk to the beach and obtain to beach chairs and an umbrella from the staff working down there. They were very professional and kind.We will definitely return in the future.
