wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at San Remo Condo 207! It's the best kept secret on 30A. Wonderful beach access that is not too crowded & a nice pool. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well stocked, clean, and the location is close to lots of great restaurants. Wonderful and friendly Newman Dailey staff at the pool. The pool & pool area was very clean and well maintained! We can't wait to come back soon!

absolutely amazing!

My sister and I had such a good time at the beach and pool. We walked to Dave’s Seafood a couple times. The food was fantastic there. Next time we will rent a car. We loved having the 2 bathrooms and the bunks built in. We’re in our late fifties and it was great to be able to wander at night if I wasn’t sleepy. Groceries were ordered from Walmart and delivered without a problem on my same account as home. It was so nice to be supplied with the starter kit. We got in very late from our flight and it was great to have a few things there already. The ease of checking was fantastic!We used Uber Eats and Uber shops and Ubered to McGuires to eat a couple times.

sanctuary by the sea is truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed!

The property is immaculate, peaceful, and perfectly located on the gorgeous white sands of Blue Mountain Beach. From our unit, the beach access was a short walk, the pools are beautiful, and the entire community is exceptionally well maintained. Our condo was spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views of Red Fish Lake and the Gulf. We loved the quiet atmosphere while still being just minutes from great restaurants and everything 30A has to offer. We can't wait to come back—this is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway!

great stay!

I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it! Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breathtaking beach view made our stay unforgettable. The building was easy to access, making everything stress-free from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place for our family vacation, and we made so many wonderful memories. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

beautiful property, very clean and spacious

If you want a relaxing trip to the beach, check out Sanctuary by the Sea! The unit is very spacious, beautiful open kitchen, lovely balcony with a great view, especially sunset! The beach has chair service and not overcrowded at all. The pools are big and several to choose from! Our favorite place on 30a!

we would not stay any other place but hidden dunes!!!

We have stayed at Hidden Dunes in the cottages for many years. Our family has grown and we decided to stay in a Villa this year. We loved it and probably will continue to stay in a Villas from now on.

we would definitely return to 194 and use newman daily again in the future.

We had a great experience at Hidden Dunes cottage 194. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, furniture was comfortable, and great location for the bigger pool and quick walk to the beach. All the directions and info from Newman Daily was great and having the beach service included with our stay was a definitely selling point for us.

this was our thirds stay at hudson's blenheim house. it is the absolute best location and home.

The kitchen is well appointed, the A/c works great, the beds are comfortable and the living room area is large enough for us all to spread out. The short walk over the dune to our beach chairs and umbrellas set up each morning is so convenient. I sat on the patio each morning, drinking coffee and watched the dolphins swim by. The proximity to Destin Commons, Publix and Camille’s across the street is so convenient. We look forward to next years stay! Besides the house being perfect in my opinion, I must give a huge shout out to the Newman-Dailey team! In the past Newman-Dailey has always been great but this year was exceptional. We travelled with teenagers who were not our own and their mom’s planned a few special surprises for me that the Newman-Dailey team went above and beyond to help pull off surprise deliveries for me. I cannot thank you all enough for your efforts!

we will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment with a great view of the ocean. Was perfect for our family. We particularly loved having laundry machines in the unit and that you provided detergent to get us started. Not only close to the beach and pools but a great view and in unit laundry equipment.

this beach vacation was picture perfect!

From the stylish room to the beautiful white sand we had it all. The resort was safe and was not crowded. The beds were comfortable for resting up, huge balcony over the pool was ideal for sunsets and sunrises. We couldn't ask for much more! We recommend Newman Dailey, Book local!

The condo was lovely and we loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so easily. The chairs and umbrella were an added bonus we took advantage of daily. It was nice having everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prep and the ice machine was fantastic.

????? 10/10 Stay! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Destin! Everything was exactly as pictured if anything, it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property management team at Newman-Dailey was exceptional. Their communication was prompt and effortless from beginning to end. We experienced a brief issue with the air conditioning, but what impressed us most was that their monitoring system detected the problem before we even realized there was one. They reached out proactively and had it resolved very quickly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location couldn’t have been better. Being directly across the street from the beach made access incredibly easy, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful white sand and emerald waters whenever we wanted. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Even down to offering additional stay prior to the arrival date and after departure. You all have exceptional service and it exceeded my expectations. I believe there is always room for improvement but I couldn’t name a single thing that would be needed to be improved upon.

Re-Grouper is perfect for a family vacation any time! So many positive things to say about it. The location is ideal. We love the large yard and the Tiki Hut was a perfect gathering place. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home.
