everything we needed… a home away from home

We walked to the beach every day. We saw 2 Sunrises and 4 Sunsets. Went on a Charter Fishing Trip, Shopped at Silver Sands Outlet and Destin Commons. Cozy Beach House is 4BR 2BA Home , with a front screen porch and a wonderful private pool… that is conveniently located to everything you wanted to do in Destin. Thank the Owners for sharing this treasure and Thank Newman- Dailey for setting the staycation for us. Great Time… Hope to C U again soon!

this was a beautiful property.

This was a family trip with ages from 72 to 2. And we all loved this property. Just walk out to beach or go to pool, whichever you prefer. The peaceful mornings on the balcony watching the ocean waves and boats going out for the day was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

i would gladly recommend this location for group stays.

My friends and I stayed at Rolling Tides for my bachelorette, and the property was exceptional in every respect. The house was impeccably clean, aesthetically pleasing, and remarkably well-maintained for our group. The property management team was highly responsive, proactive, and clear in all communications from check-in through departure. Their efficiency made the entire experience seamless.

this house was amazing!

The beach access was amazing as well. They had beach toys for the littles which was so great since we were traveling far and didn’t bring a lot of beach toys. The chair set ups on the beach were fantastic! Overall just a great stay.

everything was perfect!

Great and peaceful stay with family (6 adults). 10min walk to the private beach access is easy to make. There is a tram service for it, but we didn’t even ask for it. There are places on the beach access to leave a cart before entering the beach. Beach service with complimentary 2 chairs and one umbrella is done friendly. Pools are ok, not outstanding. Cottage is clean, well furnished, fully functional. Phone support is extremely friendly, professional and informative. Gate access is easy. Community is family-like and friendly. Beach is incredibly clean and not much crowded (area exclusive for residents). No lifeguard on duty.

beautiful views from balcony.

Lots of room for the 7 of us. Bunks and extra bed in 3rd bedroom made for extra space. Easy 5 minute walk to public beach and Pompano Joes. Beach chair service was a great benefit. Make sure you take your tag down ASAP to the worker to reserve your chair for the duration of your stay.

lovely place ! we love this area of the beach

Long time visitor to Hidden Dunes. We came when the resort first opened with our children. Now I’m bring my grandchildren. Love the beach service. My son in law put his mark on Hidden Dunes one summer by helping lay concrete when a worker didn’t show up ! He has a landscaping business and he saw the need. He put his mark on this place too.

he condo was nice and roomy and all were so nice and helpful.

We loved the location of this condo. We were able to get a space each morning on the beach. The sonic type ice machine was a hit.

my family and i enjoyed our entire stay with newman daily at the pelican beach resort.

We took a last minute trip and booked with Newman Daily for three nights. The condo was very nice, inviting, and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone in my group to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc for our cooking needs. The resort doesn't include free beach service for beach chairs/umbrellas. You have to pay a daily fee to rent them, but the condo itself had a few beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a few games that were available to use if we needed. It was nice having the stackable washer and dryer in the condo as well. The condo included beautiful ocean views of the coast line. We stayed on the 18th floor and all of the resort amenities were easily accessible. The resort has several pools and hot tubs, a cafe, tikki bar, and of course their own private beach. We enjoyed being on the beach most of the day but we would take breaks and go to the swimming pools for a calmer swim as well as to find some shade. We had the best experience and the host was very attentive and helpful. We were sad when it came time for us to leave and head back home to Texas. I will definitely try to book our next Destin Beach vacation through Newman Daily. They made sure we were well taken care of during our stay and even managed to allow us a little earlier checkin. They are an A vacation rental company. You won't be disappointed if you book through them!

we enjoyed our stay at hidden dune unit #0102!

The condo was the perfect location and Newman Daily Property Group was a joy to work with . The condo was perfectly stocked and very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had two different coffee makers. There was plenty of beach toys/gears. We loved the convenience of the first floor and easy access to pool, beach and grill.

we had the best stay and would definitely visit again!

The staff was super helpful and accommodating when we decided to stay another night on short notice. The room was clean, and the beach access was right across the street.

if you’re looking for a place on the beach - this is it!

Walk out on the deck and you’re on the private beach. The beach chairs set up daily is a plus! Beds are compfy with lots of room in the home. Washer & dryer was REALLY nice to have. Air conditioner is superb…. Great sleeping! We are big coffee drinkers - Keurig and balcony to sit out on and watch the waves… just peaceful. The home has a relaxing feel to it… big family kitchen table to have your meals or play cards. We will definitely stay here again. Check in & check out was super easy. Lovely home and view of the beach is a taste of heaven. Great location! Booking here ~ you won’t be disappointed! To the hosts: Thank you for sharing your home with us. shore to please was a very nice clean house.perfect place for my family of 11

At the beach, Me and my family took family photos enjoyed Miramar beach. Couple of days the beach had red flags. Newman-Dailey exceeded our expectations of a great service. From now on I will only book with Newman-Dailey.

great value!

I love how clean the room was, the location of the hotel it was near everything you could even walk to the beach there is also a restaurant on the property the room had a microwave refrigerator and coffee maker which came in handy The rooms open to the parking lot I didn't see that or I missed that in the room description but we had no problems on the property
