had everything we needed!

Was an amazing stay for my family. We were steps from the beach and ocean and steps to the pool. Amazing accommodations and centrally located to everything. The private beach was unexpected and really special. We will be back!

we plan to book this exact condo for our next trip.

The property was everything we had hoped for. Plenty of room for 10+ guests. Very comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. We experienced no problems with our stay and found the office staff very helpful acquiring parking for extra vehicles. This condo was very close to the community pool and just a short, easy walk to the beach.

the property was beautiful and the perfect location.

Beautiful home with amazing backyard, A block and a half from the beach and close to anything you needed. The home was very clean with many kitchen tools for both the indoor kitchen and outdoor grill kitchen. Pool was very nice as well. Our family of 12 enjoyed are stay very much.

we are already looking forward to a return visit..

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very nicely furnished and decorated. We have stayed in several units at the Crescent and this is one of our very favorites. Only problem…..wish that we could have stayed an additional week..

this was our third visit.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, while still being a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

the unit we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable!

We enjoyed Jade East Towers, great property, short access to the beach. Everyone at Newman-Dailey was so nice. The Barefoot beach chair rental company was easy to rent from! We will definitely be back.

highly recommend!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and so was the property. Nice huge swimming pool to enjoy, included beach service during our stay and the beach itself was stunning. Perfectly clear water which we enjoyed every day. I loved all the communication from the property. Check in was super easy with a code and check out instructions were clear.

best girls trip – perfect beach condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. Everything was easy, convenient, and made the whole trip feel effortless. The condo was comfortable and ideal for a girls trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, beach getaway.

such a beautiful condo and location.

One of my favorites. Is usually just my hubby and I but we have also hosted as many as 12 in this condo comfortably. Newman Daily is a wonderful management company and we've never experienced any issues. Always our first choice when booking in the Florida panhandle area.

great place, highly recommended!!

Staying at Jade East was amazing. We have stayed in other locations in the surrounding area, and JE was clean, convenient, and easy access to the beach (beach was amazing). We had the best customer service with the Newman Group- always texting to ensure of any problems we were having or if we needed anything. We have stayed in the surrounding area, and JE will be our to go condo!!

the condo was perfect—super nice, clean, updated, and had everything we needed.

It was very comfortable and accommodating, and we honestly don’t have a single complaint. We were also blessed with absolutely beautiful weather, which made the trip even better! We had such a wonderful time and truly enjoyed everything about our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place for a beach getaway!

it’s a great place for a family beach vacation!

This was our second year staying at the Mediterranean, and we loved it so much last year that we decided to come back! Last year we stayed on the 3rd floor, and this year we booked a last-minute trip and stayed in Unit 505. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean views are absolutely incredible—you can enjoy them from every room. Beach access is super easy, and having the private beach is a huge plus. The pool is massive, and our kids absolutely love it here. We’ve had a great experience both years and would definitely stay at the Mediterranean again.

Perfect home and location for your next family vacation. The house was large, comfortable and clean. They offered books that listed activities in the area as well as beach, chairs, towels, and other amenities you would need for the location.
