sanctuary by the sea is truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed!

The property is immaculate, peaceful, and perfectly located on the gorgeous white sands of Blue Mountain Beach. From our unit, the beach access was a short walk, the pools are beautiful, and the entire community is exceptionally well maintained. Our condo was spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views of Red Fish Lake and the Gulf. We loved the quiet atmosphere while still being just minutes from great restaurants and everything 30A has to offer. We can't wait to come back—this is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway!

we would definitely return to 194 and use newman daily again in the future.

We had a great experience at Hidden Dunes cottage 194. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, furniture was comfortable, and great location for the bigger pool and quick walk to the beach. All the directions and info from Newman Daily was great and having the beach service included with our stay was a definitely selling point for us.

6 of us spent July 4th to July 10 in this wonderful place. Close to the beach (just across the street) with easy access. We have visited Destin many times over the years and this is a top spot. We had zero problems or concerns while there.

the unit was great, it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Our unit was clean, comfortable, had an amazing view and was well stocked with dishes, towels, and a starter bag of essentials. We come to Destin every year and this was a new unit for us but we were delighted that we had no issues!

everything was great!

Location 5 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and good condition, they changed towels every day. Free parking, free ice machine; Great hotel for that money , recommend!!!

i will 10/10 return to this property.

We loved this property!! This is such a beautiful, well kept property. You feel safe from the second you pass the security guard. There was always parking spaces close to your cottage. The grills were immaculate and you didn’t need to scrape anything off before using them. The location to the beach was ideal even if you had a further back condo. The walk was easy peasy and I made it back and forth at least 6x a day. There was also a shuttle that was easy to find and always there at the most convenient times. Hidden dunes was the perfect beach- never crowded even during 4th of July weekend. White diamond services were literally the nicest people and super accommodating. The grounds and condo were super spacious. The pool was never too busy.

can’t go wrong with this one!

This condo has an excellent location, views and nice amenities ie: washer/dryer, pickleball and tennis courts, a pool that was cleaned daily and excellent beach access.

very spacious condo with amazing views of the beach.

Loved having an ice machine for drinks, etc. Beds were comfortable and the condo stayed cool unlike others we’ve stayed. There were lots of pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc for cooking. I’d return to this condo if going back to Silver Shells.

it was the perfect set up for my family of four. i am already planning for next year!

It is an amazingly simple and cute place to stay. The beach is a very short walk across the neighborhood street. The parking was good. The shower is huge and private from the vanity area which is also large. It was quiet and relaxing. There is also an amazing restaurant called Camille’s attached.

we love staying at hidden dunes.

At the beach my husband and i played pickleball every day. Our adult kids played tennis nearly every day and greatly enjoyed Rhett and the tennis clinic. Our favorite restaurant was Back Porch; we ate there 2 times. We also enjoyed eating at Maguire's, Lulu's, Shrimp Basket, and Shunk Gulley on 30A. On our last night, we enjoyed a wonderful Dolphin Cruise on Southern Star. The weather was great and the dolphin were showing out for us! We cannot wait to go back next year.

from the moment you walk in everything was amazing.

From the condo being super clean to the amazing view. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The chair rental was easy to use on the beach and there was a small tiki bar a short walk away to go have some lunch. This was our first time in Destin and definitely will book another stay here. Loved that everything was key code to get in so you felt no random person could come in. The staff was amazing at helping out with getting more bracelets and recommending places to eat.

the property was great. i would definitely recommend staying at jade east 1740.

It was nice and clean. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The furniture out there was great. It had a high-top table and chairs so you were able to see the Gulf well. The living room furniture was nice and comfortable. The ceiling fans were very neat and put out a lot of air. The beds were comfy and I slept like a baby. The master bath blew me away. It is so big and open. I did not use the tub but it looked amazing as well. The beach was by far the best experience of the week. The first day we were in the 2nd row (only 2 rows). We were fine there but Trey (in charge of beach service) said he would move us up as people left. The next day and the rest of the time, we were front row! It was amazing and he treated us well! My family LOVED our stay. Close to many restaurants and groceries too! It was great coming out and knowing exactly where we would park with the assigned parking spot close to the building~I would definitely recommend staying at Jade East 1740.

Book it and don’t hesitate…it truly is one of those places you want to tell everyone how great it is, but also don’t want to say anything so it can stay your special place!

Our stay in Unit 1201 was absolutely amazing! The recent renovations were spectacular and truly enhanced our entire vacation experience. The condo is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail, making it feel luxurious, modern, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. As a family of five, we had more than enough space to relax comfortably. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own balcony, which the kids absolutely loved. It gave everyone their own little space to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air. My personal favorite was the master bathroom—it felt like something you would find in a five-star resort. Even on a busy family vacation, it provided the perfect place to unwind and decompress after long days at the beach. Every detail of this condo is stunning. It was so beautifully decorated that we almost didn’t want to touch anything! The comfort, luxury, and overall atmosphere made it difficult to leave when our trip was over.
