the condo was perfect—super nice, clean, updated, and had everything we needed.

It was very comfortable and accommodating, and we honestly don’t have a single complaint. We were also blessed with absolutely beautiful weather, which made the trip even better! We had such a wonderful time and truly enjoyed everything about our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place for a beach getaway!

great place, highly recommended!!

Staying at Jade East was amazing. We have stayed in other locations in the surrounding area, and JE was clean, convenient, and easy access to the beach (beach was amazing). We had the best customer service with the Newman Group- always texting to ensure of any problems we were having or if we needed anything. We have stayed in the surrounding area, and JE will be our to go condo!!

it’s a great place for a family beach vacation!

This was our second year staying at the Mediterranean, and we loved it so much last year that we decided to come back! Last year we stayed on the 3rd floor, and this year we booked a last-minute trip and stayed in Unit 505. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean views are absolutely incredible—you can enjoy them from every room. Beach access is super easy, and having the private beach is a huge plus. The pool is massive, and our kids absolutely love it here. We’ve had a great experience both years and would definitely stay at the Mediterranean again.

our family rented 1740 and it was amazing!

This property was incredible and would highly recommend. Best of both worlds - close to Seaside, Santa Rosa and Miramar, but secluded enough that you felt like you were at a private resort. The private beach access was perfect - short walk from the condo, quiet and not crowded. We practically had the pool to ourselves most days. The condo itself was beautiful! Lots of space to hang out inside or on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. They did provide beach/pool towels.

The property was gorgeous! Perfect for our adult, party of 10! We all loved having our own space and bathrooms! Great location and close to everything. Excellent communication with property management and they were very quick to answer any questions we had!

Our family enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the tram access to the beach was very convenient. Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. Easy access to community pool.

beautiful property with a gorgeous view.

It's a small complex, so the private beach is absolutely uncrowded, even in August. We ordered beach chair set up with Barefoot Beach and spent all day long in shady comfort. The condo itself is lovely, although worth noting that the third bedroom is a twin over full bunkbed with an additional twin trundle, not a queen bed, as pictured. The Master bedroom is wonderful with a HUGE shower and bathroom and a lovely ocean view. The pool was perfect for a dip after the day at the beach. The pool is not huge and located behind the complex rather than oceanfront, but it worked for us. Close to everything - Publix is a two minute drive. Our favorite restaurants were Fat Clemenza's for Italian, Graffiti Pizza for great pizzas and salads, Back Porch for ocean front dining, Marble Slab Creamery for ice cream and the Donut Spot for donuts. We loved Corpus Christi Catholic Church for Sunday and daily Mass. Wonderful vacation at a fabulous, family friendly place.

the place is high-end, very specious, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated.

We have spent many wonderful vacations at this resort over the past 15 years and enjoyed every trip as the property and community have soooo much to offer - from kayaking or ferry-boating across the lake to the beach to relaxing at the various pools or just chilling at the spacious apartment. We have not stayed at this unit before nor did we rent with Newman-Dailey, but both left a great impression and contributed to a wonderful vacation. Check-in/-out was very easy and communication excellent. The apartment is super well equipped with plenty of dinner- and silverware, high quality pots/pans, small appliances and whatever you need in a decent kitchen. Sitting on the balcony (and seeing deer pass by while sipping a coffee) adds to the chill factor. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed riding along 30A to get ice cream at Heavenly in Seaside .Overall a great and very relaxing experience. Thanks, Newman -Dailey, for letting us spend a wonderful week at this beautiful place.

i literally wish i could’ve lived here lol

Loved the location of this property. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. There’s really nothing I would improve on with this property. I had 0 complaints and the group of friend I went with also had a great time staying here.

Easy walk to beach, great meal at Camille's & enjoyed coffee shop. Close to everything. Pools were excellent. Overall excellent atmosphere! Perfect for our mom & Daughter Trip!
