We had a great time at Beachside inn we are already planning our next visit, the room was clean & cozy, easy walk to the beach and the kids had a great time in the pool! We had a great time and cannot wait to come back, no complaints everything was wonderful!

high recommend unit 913 at pelican beach.

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this beautifully appointed and spacious condo perfectly located on the gorgeous Emerald Coast with the softest white sand in the US! The beds were so cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for family meals optimizing our time at the beach and three pools, just a 2 min walk away (via elevators and hallway to the outside). Access to grills on the property was a bonus. The balcony with gorgeous views allowed for slow mornings while sipping coffee and even spotting dolphins! Spending vacation at unit 913 granted us endless hours of family fun at the most stunning beach and gulf waters— we swam everyday at the end of March/early April!

we loved our time there so much that none of us wanted the vacation to end.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Stella Maris house during our vacation. The home was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed—especially the oversized refrigerator, which easily held all our food. It was just a short walk to a private beach, where we appreciated having umbrellas and chairs set up for us each day. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, and the movie room quickly became a nightly favorite for some of us. Each floor had its own balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views and beautiful weather.

we would definitely recommend pavilion palms to friends!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics that are usually included in a vacation rental. The pool being heated was also amazing!

jade east is the perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I visited Destin for our honeymoon and stayed at Jade East on recommendation from family. When we arrived, we weren’t sure where to park but found our you can park in the spots with “Owner” signs for your unit number (putting up the parking pass after you’ve checked in.) There are carts and a ramp for ease of unloading. There are three elevators with 2 operating during our visit (April 2026) but we didn’t experience any delays with the 2 in operation. The third elevator was not shutdown for any technical issues, it was undergoing modernization upgrades. The entire property is well maintained - every morning we would see staff cleaning the sand from floors inside AND from outside deck patio areas. If you go for a morning walk in the beach take your complimentary beach chair card down with you to hand to the attendants before you walk back up, they can then reserve you a spot so you can immediately go sit after you’ve gathered your beach items! Trey was the attendant that helped and he was very informative and kind! We highly recommend walking along the beach to The Back Porch for lunch or dinner and walking to The Sand Flea for an afternoon drink or lunch. For a casual lunch less seafood focused, we recommend Dat Burrito Place, Pepper’s Mexican Grill, and Graffiti Pizza. There is a Menu Magazine in the unit when you check-in that comes with coupons. Many of the places we recommend had a coupon and there are many more delicious options!

we really enjoyed the property and proximity to the local attractions

The condo had the comforts of home and amazing views. Loved having the beach service for the week. Liked the gated community as well. It was the perfect week.

sanctuary by the sea is a gem in the midst of the hustle and bustle of 30a

The unique dune lakes that feed into the gulf, the quiet beach, the lovely pools and the well maintained property provide the perfect getaway. The condo was perfect and brought back many great memories of time at Sanctuary by the Sea. My husband and I owned 3104 for five years, but sold in 2015 (sadly, not using it as much as we intended living in northern Indiana). He passed away suddenly in September 2025, I was drawn to come back to SBTS for a visit with some of our kids and grandkids. Coming back was wonderful, I'm glad to see it so well maintained.

we will definitely return for another vacation.

We had a fabulous time. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We wanted to take the mattresses home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The pool was clean. The hot tub was hot but jets were not working. We loved the beach chair service. I wish there was a ramp to the beach, the stairs are steep. The beach was quiet, which we completely loved since we went on spring break. The property is near alot of restaurants and shopping centers.

thank you for a fabulous winter stay!

We stayed at San Remo 304 for 3.5 months. The sunsets from our balcony were fabulous! We loved the quick access to the bike path to take walks and riding bikes! Miss Annette Stucky is a Fabulous Maintenance Supervisor. San Remo is well kept and maintained due to her efforts. The pool and hot tub are exceptionally maintained and Miss Annette should be very proud!

we loved it.

The week was pure bliss! We had beach, basketball, pool, porch swing as a full on routine for the entire week! The plan was “NO PLAN”. All the features were within easy walking distance. The cottages were all fabulous and clean. We could hear our upstairs neighbors at times but that comes with the territory. Our boys had a great time (4 families, 6 - 17 year olds) and were able to do what they wanted and still be part of the family. There is plenty to do in the area but I would easily do the Hidden Dunes again.

wonderful stay
