i loved our stay here.

The pool area is beautiful and the house was extremely clean. We had 16 people in our group and no one felt crowded. The second living area upstairs is great for traveling kids. The balconies were lovely. The walk to the beach.

highly recommend!!!! 10/10!!!

This penthouse condo was by far the best one I’ve stayed in yet. I will book it again my next trip to Destin! Perfect location. Beautiful balcony. The rooms were huge. Perfect condo for a family of 6, 8, or even 10. It has everything you need there. The beach is so close too. At our other condos you have to walk so far to get to the beach but this one is a quick trip down. It’s just perfect all around.

this was an excellent home that i will be bookmarking for the future.

Right on the beach, which, in this area of single family units, was lightly populated compared to the large condo areas. The property was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The management was very responsive and helpful to our questions.

i would stay here again.

We had a great stay with some friends and family. The pool is located right out the back door which is super convenient with little ones. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and the beach services were great.

this place was so convenient.

Parking was always available right out in front of our place. We had access to a walkway to the ocean. Was only about a 2-3 block walk to the ocean. Everything was clean and nice. Pool was clean and was never crowded. Kids had a great time.

the property was fantastic.

What a wonderful place to make family memories for the week! We had 2 grandbabies under 2 years old this year and this was a perfect spot. Having 5 bedrooms allowed us all to have our own space. The pool in the backyard was invaluable. It rained on us the first 2 days, so in-between rainstorms, we hung out at the pool. So close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

memorable family trip!

The property had all of the amenities we needed and all appliances were clean and in good working order. Security personnel were always on site and made sure that the property was safe and secure. Also the free cable and internet were appreciated during our downtime.

love this property!!

This is our 5th or 6th stay at Costa del Sol & we will never stop coming here. Being right on the beach is awesome!! We have stayed in several different units & this one was one of the better ones. FULLY stocked kitchen!! They had everything….even lemon & lime squeezers!!We were thrilled with this unit & Newman Dailey was great in communicating all the things! You just can’t beat this place for your Destin get-away!

everything was excellent!!!

Stayed at Coastal Cove in Crystal Beach, property was perfect plenty of room for 13 people, very close to Beach and pool area was very nice for late night gatherings.

great stay!

The location in Miramar beach was far enough away from the busy portions of Destin and close enough to the beach to stroll over and enjoy. Nothing was too far away and the house had most everything we needed. The Management did inform us of potential issues before arrival and kept us in the loop. Great experience and would book and stay at a Newman Daley property again (next time near Crystal Beach)

my family and i absolutely loved staying at the condo

I am still blown away by how beautiful this condo was- photos don’t do justice. It was clean, stocked with basics, and very comfortable beds. We felt right at home. The beach chairs were a perk! My family and I will be back next year!

familys favorite place to stay!

This a great resort. It's our 3rd time staying in this resort and we have been pleased with all three condos. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is awesome. It's my family's favorite place to stay in Destin!

this is the best beach condo we have ever been to!

Love this place!! This was our second stay at the property and we could not be happier with our experience! The beautiful condo, sugar sand beach, the serene lake, pools, hot tubs, & fitness center are just a few of the reasons for our return. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked with EVERYTHING needed for cooking. Kids enjoyed the good WiFi access for gaming. Do not be put off by the ferry ride to the beach…the boat driver makes it so fast and fun and the private beach access is super quiet and peaceful…unlike other properties in the area.

would definitely book again!

Great condo in fantastic location. Beach was clean with soft white sand. We enjoyed the beach volleyball court and pool. Condo itself was clean and met all our needs with an incredible view out the kitchen window/balcony. Kitchen was very capable with full sized appliances. Our unit was a tad tight on space for 10 people but totally worth it for the price. We wished the area was more walkable but found plenty of restaurant/bar/cafe options within a 15 minute drive.
