will definitely use them next time!

A few things, the pools were amazing with a perfect view of the beach. The proximity to the beach was a short effortless walk and Camilles! We ate breakfast lunch and dinner there. Never had to leave the property except to go to the beach.

everything was in tip top shape it was a beautiful place to stay and an amazing area

We enjoyed all of it we enjoyed the cottage the area the pools the beach the restaurants everybody that was amazing and we met several wonderful people while we were there Thank you for the great time very accommodating.

this is a beautiful property and we can’t wait to return next year.

The property was clean and furnished nicely. Provided us with a very comfortable stay. One thing I’d Ofer for consideration would be to clean or replace the rug under the dining table. This was our fourth year staying in an Empress property, and we find the attention we receive from property management very nice.

pavilion palms 104c…pictures do not do it justice!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. The additional bed in the bunk room was an added surprise…and the beds, sooooo comfy! We loved the luggage cart in the garage and there’s a good selection of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the garage. We can’t wait to return!!!

clean, spacious condo that easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 kids.

The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and steps to beach. The grandkids spent double red flag days in the pool, located right outside the slider door. The supplied amenities in the kitchen handled all our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

this is our second time staying in this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Once again the unit was in immaculate shape and still appears new. The owners have done a wonderful job with decorating the unit and the views were absolutely amazing! One of the highlights of our trip was seeing several dolphins while sitting on the balcony. We hope to stay at this condo again sometime in the future.

Everything was wonderful! Our Family is super grateful for this stay, everything was super clean, the hospitality was amazing! The view was marvelous, walking distancing to great food/ coffee locations.

adorable pet-friendly home in a cute neighborhood with 2 pools and private beach access.

While only a 5 minute walk to the beach, we appreciated the daily tram service to get us there faster. The house was clean and updated and we had plenty of room for our family of 5 plus our mini-goldendoodle. We also took advantage of the basketball court in the neighborhood and the Dollar General next door. We would definitely stay again!

this hotel has the vibes of an upscale condo/resort with the room set up of a hotel.

We loved the proximity to the beach, the cute Cafe, and the restaurant. The pool was also appealing. The entire place was extremely clean, updated, and well cared for.

the property was absolutely beautiful everything was clean and very roomy.

My family and I love it. They had bikes where you and your family could go on bike rides. It was amazing we will be back. The beach was as beautiful as they said it would be. It wasn't over crowded it was lovely and boy was it beautiful to see. We had an amazing time see you next time!

loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a big group! We had 3 small kids with us so distance from the beach was a huge selling point. Was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach access and there was always plenty of room to set up umbrellas and chairs even though to the left and right are private beaches. The pool was great (a little cold but we were there at the very beginning of June so that was expected). Didn’t stop us from swimming! All the rooms have their own bathrooms and each floor has a thermostat.

this is our third year staying at pavilion palms.

It is very well taken care of and the view of the ocean is priceless. It’s so easy to deal with Newman daily and the price of the unit seems very fair compared to others. I’ve been dealing with Newman daily for the last five years. And they have never had to complain once about any of the service. They are always on top of things and very very professional.

we have enjoyed hidden dunes, off-and-on for 20 years, and this trip has been a great one, again.

The cottage was renovated and very well appointed with everything we needed. The staff, security guards, and the “beach boys” were courteous as always. My husband and I may come back alone and rent a 1 bedroom cottage. Thank you!

definitely coming back!

We love this gorgeous, top-floor condo! It has stunning views of the Gulf with a balcony in the living room and both bedrooms – all overlooking beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub and private beach! Both bedrooms are huge with ensuite bathrooms. Pompano Joes is just across the street offering live music, great food and fun. We really enjoyed everything about this condo – and we are definitely coming back!

Jade East 730 is an amazing unit. Everything was in great shape and the condo was spotless. The king bed in the main suite was very comfortable, and the views are to die for.

this is our third time to silver shells and we will continue to return.

Spent a week at Silver shells Saint Martin room 905 and had a great time. I appreciate the security of the building and the pool area so that only residence can get inside the building buildings. Location is fantastic close to restaurants with some that are walkable.
