great property.

We had Christmas at the beach with 15 people. We rented 3 different units. We had a great time !!! I love proximity to the pool and the pool was heated this year! Yippee!!

great condo!

Great condo right on the beach! Super clean, with a well stocked kitchen! More utensils and items than my kitchen at home, which made it easy to stay in and cook our own meals. Everything was so clean and had such thoughtful touches throughout the condo! Beautiful view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again!

second to none beautiful neighborhood private and secure

Our family found the city of Destin FL very beautiful and low congested right time of the year to drive and site see. I would consider that area tops on my list.

highly recommend!

Love this property. Very secure from the pkg lot, to the rooms to the beach. Everything is within 5-10 min so very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Perfect location. Gulf front and only steps to the beach.

we loved this condo and will definitely be back!

Our group of 5 had plenty of room in this spacious unit. We all thought the beds were really comfortable. It was very clean and we loved the huge windows on two sides of the living room...nice and light. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated. Bonus: We went Christmas shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and were pleasantly surprised when the property management company texted us discount codes for almost all of the outlet stores!

our group of 5 absolutely loved the condo at jade east.

We rented a corner unit with tons of windows so it was light & bright. The unit was very clean and the staff in the office was friendly and helpful. We definitely want to come back to Destin in the summer and will rent at Jade East. Great location!

i would recommend this location who wants to visit crystal beach in destin

crystal dunes 503 had everything we needed for the month of november.

The king bed in room 2 and the queen bed were very comfy; king master bed was extremely soft (or just not comfortable). The kitchen was very well stocked & we loved all the appliances (all worked perfectly). Was impressed with the cleanliness of the floors. The deck was sunny from sunrise to sunset so the view was amazing. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. The condo was so quiet and peaceful. The agency was quick to respond to a small need. The pool was on the shaded side of the building. Location was also good.

friendly people at the condo, facilities and amenities were just right for the whole family to enjoy

The condo has very good amenities and the kitchen provided appliances to allow a family which loves cooking to with all supplies needed. At the beach in November my family and I enjoyed the beautiful weather without the excessive heat which the summertime can bring.
